By accessing or using the Looise platform (the "Service"), provided by Looise OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Looise is a software-as-a-service platform designed specifically for simulated data analysis and AI research. The Service provides a sandboxed environment where users can test multi-agent AI models against historical or real-time data streams.

3. Explicit Non-Financial Use Notice

The Service is strictly for educational, research, and experimental purposes. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Looise is NOT a financial brokerage, investment firm, or trading platform.
• No real money, digital assets, or financial instruments are traded or managed through the Service.
• All data, signals, and performance metrics generated are purely simulated ("Paper Testing").

4. Disclaimer of Advice

No content on the Looise website or within the Service shall be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We provide technical simulation tools; we do not provide recommendations on the acquisition or disposal of any financial product.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looise OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from decisions made based on the simulated outcomes of the Service. Users bear full responsibility for any real-world actions taken.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
